DinnerFrame – The Zero-Friction Dinner System

1. About the Seller

This site (dinnerframe.com) and the digital products sold through it are operated by:

Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "DinnerFrame" refer to Serena Desk. "You" and "Customer" refer to the person purchasing the product.

2. The Product

The Zero-Friction Dinner System is a digital ebook delivered as a PDF file. It includes:

• A complete 4-week weeknight dinner system
• 20 family-friendly dinner recipes (Monday to Friday)
• 4 weekly grocery lists organized by aisle
• A framework to build your own weekly plans
• A printable starter kit and pantry checklist

The product is available in two language versions (US English and French). Each purchase grants access to one version only.

Technical requirements: any modern PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Apple Preview, web browser, mobile PDF app). File size: approximately 5–15 MB.

3. Pricing and Payment

The product is sold at $29 USD (US English version) or €25 (French version). Prices are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes collected by the platform.

All transactions are processed exclusively through Gumroad, Inc. (548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), our payment and delivery partner. By purchasing the product, you agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service (gumroad.com/terms) in addition to these Terms of Sale.

We do not collect, store, or process your payment information. All payment data is handled by Gumroad under its own security and privacy policies.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered electronically and instantly. Upon successful payment:

• You receive a confirmation page with a download link
• You receive a confirmation email from Gumroad with the same download link
• You can re-download the product at any time using the link provided by Gumroad

If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@dinnerframe.com. We respond within 48 business hours.

5. Refund Policy

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@dinnerframe.com within 14 days of your purchase date
2. Include your Gumroad order number
3. Briefly explain why the product didn't meet your expectations (this helps us improve)

Refund terms

• Refunds are processed through Gumroad to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Refunds are full ($29 USD or €25 EUR)
• This guarantee can only be used once per customer
• By accepting a refund, you agree to delete all copies of the product in your possession

Beyond 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and will be considered case by case.

6. License and Personal Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may

• Download and store the product on your personal devices
• Print the product for your personal use
• Use the recipes and methodology to cook for your household

You may not

• Copy, reproduce, or share the product with others (in whole or in part)
• Resell, rent, lend, or transfer the product
• Post the product on websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or any public source
• Use the content for commercial purposes (blog, paid course, app, book, etc.)
• Translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the product
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or DinnerFrame branding

The product, including all text, recipes, photographs, illustrations, layouts, and the DinnerFrame brand, is protected by international copyright law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Educational and informational purpose

The product is provided for personal cooking and meal planning purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying ingredients before preparing any recipe (especially for allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, or specific health conditions)
• Adapting recipes to your family's specific needs
• Consulting a healthcare professional for any nutrition or health-related questions

No guarantee of results

Cooking outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control (ingredient quality, equipment, technique, time management). We've tested every recipe in our own kitchen, but we cannot guarantee identical results in yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinnerFrame's total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In short:

• We collect your email address (for delivery and optional newsletter)
• We use Gumroad and MailerLite as service providers
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• You can unsubscribe or request data deletion at any time by emailing contact@dinnerframe.com

This site is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, in compliance with COPPA.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, as the seller is a French sole proprietorship.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please follow these steps in order:

1. Contact us first at contact@dinnerframe.com — we'll do our best to resolve any issue quickly
2. Contact Gumroad support for payment, billing, or technical issues with the platform
3. Pursue legal remedies if no resolution is reached, in either French courts (the seller's jurisdiction) or your local small claims court, depending on applicable consumer protection laws

For purchases made within the European Union, additional consumer rights may apply, and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your order. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing the product on dinnerframe.com or via the linked Gumroad page, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms of Sale
• Are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Accept these terms in full
• Understand that the product is delivered immediately upon payment, and that you waive any cancellation right that would otherwise apply once the download has been initiated
